Thank a host

Hello,

I would like to thank someone for providing me housing while I was writing some book. I am planning on including somewhere in the book a message like "The author warmly thanks [...] for welcoming him during the writing of this book", but I'm not sure it is a proper way to express what I want. Thank you in advance for your help ! Emotion: smile
