THAN with FURTHER and CLOSER Help please

Can someone help me with the 2 following sentences , tell me what needs to be fixed, if they are correct?
    1 If I lived here, I'd live closer to the center than when I lived at my old address.
    2 If I lived here, I'd live closer to the center than before when I lived at my old address.
1 Today I live further from your house than I did before.
2 Today I live further from your house than when I lived at my old address.
