than when and than since

How would you write the following sentences please? Are they correct?

I've never been happier than when I'm with him.

I'm nver happier than when I'm with him.

I was never happier than when I was with him.

She's never been happier than since she met him.
She's never been happier than when she's with him.
She's never been happier since she met him.

I've never felt better than since i've been on a diet/I've never felt better since i've been on a diet.
