How would you write the following sentences please? Are they correct?

I've never been happier than when I'm with him.

I'm nver happier than when I'm with him.

I was never happier than when I was with him.

She's never been happier than since she met him.
She's never been happier than when she's with him.
She's never been happier since she met him.

I've never felt better than since i've been on a diet/I've never felt better since i've been on a diet.

They are all correct but convey slightly different meanings.

"I've never been happier than when I'm with him" compares one's entire life experience to the recent (and anticipated) experience of being with him.
"I'm never happier than when I'm with him" addresses only the recent experience of being with him versus being without him.
"I was never happier than when I was with him" is the same as the second form, except all the experiences are over in the past.

"She's never been happier than since she met him" compares her life experience before meeting him to her experience after meeting him.
"She's never been happier than when she's with him" is similar, but refers to the recent (and anticipated) experience of being with him.
"She's never been happier since she met him" is an informal version of the first form.
