Than they have bought

1) There are more Picasso paintings that I haven't seen that are in this museum.

Does this imply that I have not (yet) seen the Picasso paintings in this museum?

2) There are more Picasso paintings that I haven't seen than they have bought.

Does this imply that I have not (yet) seen any of the Picasso paintings that they have bought.

Could it be that the number of Picasso paintings I haven't seen is greater than the number of Picasso paintings they have bought, but I have seen some of the latter?

Gratefully,

Navi.
