In English you can regularly put words of a sentence in any order, and this affects how words are emphasised, but it no doubt takes a good speaker to do it satisfactorily. So 1-3 are as you say the same, and seem to me similar to 6 and 4, with 'do' (6)/'does (2) being like 'does' (3), which stand for the 'has' (1-3)/'have' (4,6), which is itself implied after the 'you' (4)/(1). d
