TH Sound

I am learning English but i find it very difficult to make the TH sound.

Can anybody explain please how to make the TH sound, is it a diphthong or one sound?

We use "diphthong" to describe two vowel sounds that blend together. The "th" has no vowels sounds. It makes a consonant sound.

You want your tongue a little loose and not pointy. Place your tongue touching the back of your two front teeth. Let the air pass between your tongue and your teeth. That will give you the "th" sound. If you move your tongue up a little, off your teeth, touching
