Textual changes

Hi all,

I wish to write someone that I have put some changes into a written paragraph, in a passive tense.
What would be the appropriate way to express myself in passive tense ? (b.t.w, should one say "the appropriate way to express, or the appropriate way of expressing"..?)

"Changes are implemented into the paragraph"
or
"Changes are carried through the paragraph"
or even
"Changes were put into the paragraph"

Many thanks

If I received something like that, I would feel that you were trying to avoid taking responsibility for your actions.
