I hope you had a good weekend.
We are aware of this, and we are currently carrying out excavation works outside (lower ground) Paisley Court to identify the leak. Our M & E contractor has advised us that we should turn the water on for a period each day to minimise the damage to the central plant system. We understand how difficult this is, especially in this crisis. But this is an elimination process, and we do not know how long it will take to complete.
We advise that you contact your managing agent, so that they arrange for an engineer to attend and install your immersion to provide hot water to the flat. This is because most of the other tenants have already done.
We thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we find a permanent solution to this ongoing problem.
