Text plural?

Hi,

Can we make plural from 'text?' I mean can we use the word "texts" at all?

I heard this sentence: "Those text just don't match". In my dictionnary the word "text" is uncountable so why do we often see someone talking about texts and - the most imporatnt - can we use "texts" in the example above?

Thank you in advance

Thank you,

And what about my example? And why is it marked as Uncountable in Oxford dictionnary?

A sentence like 'Those text just don't match' is clearly speaking about comparing two or more texts. So
