Text excerpt parts of speech analysis

Hello,

I am trying to get my head around the parts of speech for an excerpt of text. I'm sure that I don't have it correct yet and there are a few spots where I have no idea what should be happening:

could = modal auxiliary

be = lexical verb

quite = adverb

certain = adjective (subject complement)
