Text books sentences

Hello all, I want to know your views on grammar of text books. When I read text books, I often read the sentences which are not fit in my grammar knowledge according to my little knowledge. It may be because I am not a native speaker.
Here are some examples-
I read in an advertisement of a car-
this is the car the world has yet to be experienced.

Don’t you think here is a missing which or that?
Another example is from a computer book-
click the option you want to open.

Don’t you think here is missing something like that?

The players of team India………..
is here use of the correct?
