Good afternoon Hannah. I understand your frustration and I sympathise with you. I have again called and asked them to return to the site and put the pressure up again. Hopefully, that will give you some hot water. With regard to the parts, if they are on the shelf, the engineer will return on Monday and replace them. I will find out from them and keep you updated. I thank you for your patience and understanding whilst I find a permanent solution to this problem. Please extend my birthday greetings to Matilda.
