Furthermore, it is well known that existing of such pondering is typical for the end of every country and millennium. One of the way of such pondering may be an effort of answering the question “Have we created during the previous times those ideas, ideals and principles that are universal, eternal and common for all civilizations?”. Certainly, social organization of different states, behavior of people groups and nations embody these universal ideas to some extent. However, we cannot deny that if every modern society wants to provide a higher level of stability, welfare and comfort for the best part of its members, make their relationships more civilized and make people healthier, both physically and mentally, the societies should realize gradually all the ideas and principles.
