I mean, I don't understand what the sentence as a whole is trying to say. I can't think of any word to put in the place of "testimony" that would make sense to me.

When you say "on the gravestones", do you mean physically inscribed on the gravestones, or do you mean "related to the gravestones"? Where and by whom does "worshipping of the ***" take place, and what does this have to do with
