test questions

Hi everyone,

Again I was solving some test questions without any problem when I came up with this two questions and I couldn't find the answers though they are not that hard. Emotion: sad

1- While students and educators ..... speak of the need for greater "relevance" in what is taught, opinions as to what is relevant varies gently.

A) alike b) as much C) likely D) though E) such as In this question, alike blinks me but I am not sure of its real meaning in this context.

2- GArdening is an artistic activity in...... it deals with the grouping of plants in harmonious and pleasing arrangements.

A) which B) what C) where D) that R) whom I choose A but the key says it should be D

I will be happy if you can help me.
