TESOL/DELTA/CELTA...which one to choose?

I am a soft skills and spoken English trainer based in India with a work experience of about 3 years. I do not have a formal qualification to teach English and want one now but am confused by the number of courses available. TESOL, TEFL,ESOL, DELTA, CELTA and what not! Can someone please tell me the difference between these courses and which one would be base for me? Also, from which institute in "North India" should I do the course from?

I know TEFL ( more theoretical), CELTA (more practical) are good ones. I am not sure whether this is just the case for my country or not.

Just choose the most demanded qualification in your area of work. Have you asked around?
