Tesol Certification

I have just completed my TESOL Certification in April 2017. I am also doing one further course which will be Teaching English to Young Learners. I am struggling to find a site where I can advertise my CV, Reference letters etc. All the sites I have been on want someone with a Degree and a TESOL Certificate. Could someone please advise me on a site where I can advertise my CV and TESOL Certification and where I am more likely going to find work in Vietnam teaching English. I would prefer to teach in HCM. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
