Terror or terrorist

Is it "the London bridge TERROR attack" or "the London bridge TERRORIST attack"?

If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?

Thank you.

Hi Both are possible, but I'd say it was a terrorist attack. It was carried out by a very few men who were terrorists I'd prefer not to say that there's an abstract noun there - they were terrorists Dave
