TERMINOLOGY

Could someone please check I have the right terminology for these words I will list first the terminology I have to use, then I will write the words and the terminology I think it is in red next to each word. Most of them are simple enough but there are one or two I am struggling with. I have 4 short sentences below. Many thanks for your help and assistance it is much appreciated.

i think that "boiling" is a main verb not an adjective.

i think also that " the scent, smoke, and sweat of the casino are all subject of the sentence.

you can just use "and" before the last item. as i wrote it .

scent, smoke, and sweat are all nouns. and they function as subject. because "are" is used here.
the casino is not the subject because if it is the subject
