Terminator 3 script

Hello, I had a question about a T-3 script that had been posted online a few years ago by a guy named Daniel Perez. I had read that the "official" T3 creators had allegedly stolen ideas from Perz's script and incorporated them into their film. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?
How can I get in touch with Perez? I wanted to read his screenplay myself to verify his accusations but can't seem to locate it online.
