which sentences is corrrect?..why?
1. My grandfather cares about me since the day I was born.
2. My grandfather has cared about me since the day I was born.
3. My grandfather has been caring about me since the day I was born.

Simple Present indicates always, past / prseent /future. But 'since' focuses only on the past up to the present..
