tenses (present perfect, continuous, or perfect continuous) with 'lately' & 'recently'

Hi,

With the time expressions such as, all [day / night / morning / week / month/ semester / year etc.] or even more complicated (at least to me) such as 'lately' or 'recently', could you tell me which tense (present continuous, present perfect continuous or present perfect) is better to use? Could we use 'lately' or 'recently' with any of these three tenses, please?

You've been doing a lot of exercise lately / recently.
