Tenses Mistake!

Kindly suggest me the right solutionif there is any tenses mistake in the below structure

I have recently joined the IT Company as a Marketing Manager where I needs to be interact with the big corporate. I want to improve my speaking skills and to increase my confidence level. I would like to have a 10-20 minutes voice session where i can interact with people. Kindly suggest your convenient time with e-mail details for same.
