Tenses in clauses - after, when, before, since?

Hmm? I don't know what you mean?!

The procedure would be:

1) The washing program has finished and the machine stops rotating but the controll light is still blinking.

2) I open the washing machine and get out the clothes.

3) I want to know whether I should turn off the machine's controll light or not?
