What are the right tenses to use for photo captions?
If I have a photo which shows that Lady Gaga was performing in Super Bowl Halftime Show 2017 or a photo which shows that a group of employees were having a discussion.
Which captions below are correct?
Lady Gaga was performing in Super Bowl Halftime Show 2017. It looks like she was having a great time. (I think this is correct but I am not sure.)

The employees were attentive. They were having a wonderful discussion. They are/ were wonderful employees. I really love/ loved them. (They are still wonderful and I still love them. Should I use simple past tense or simple present tense? I think I should use simple present tense, but I am not sure.)
