Tenses accuracy

Do you know where my brother would be right now? He would be in the dance hall dancing with his friend.

In the above sentence I used two woulds is the sentence ok. Can I use the sentence to say about my brother presence to someone who comes to me, after my brother had gone to the dance hall?

How does the sentence meaning or tense changes when I replace the wouds with combination of would and will.

1) Will, will
2) Would, will
3) will, would

Please explain.

Thx

"Do you know where my brother is right now?" -- Most straightforward and usual way of asking.
"Do you know where my brother would be right now?" -- Less direct; more nuanced. (In special contexts could be a true conditional.)

Let's shorten it to save a lot of typing. I'm assuming that both sentences are said by the same person, i.e., that this is not a dialog.

Do you know where my brother would be right now? He would be dancing.

To my ear it suggests the possibility that your brother is dead.

Do you know where he would be if he were still alive? He would be dancing.

Just to be clear, I didn't assume that. I thought one person asked a question and another person answered.
