He has been working/has worked at this restaurant since last summer. He works in the kitchen. Before that, he worked in a shop.(work)

When she was younger, she lived in Russia. Now she lives/is living in Japan. She has lived/has been living there for five years.(live)

I broke my leg. I broke it on a skiing trip last month. I break something every time I ski. (Break)

Here, "I broke it" sounds odd. Instead, you can say "I broke my leg during a skiing trip last month"
