1) I was going on my business trip. My flight was scheduled/have been scheduled/had been scheduled for 9a.m. and I had got up extra early.
2) I opened my bag and realized that I had taken the wrong bag.

OK, but let me suggest this: 2) When I opened my bag, I realized that I had taken the wrong bag.

Even that isn't the best sentence. To avoid "bag" and "bag" you might come up with something else to say in the first part.

When I went to look for [my keys / my tickets / ...], I realized that I had taken the wrong bag.

was going - the past continuous tense;
was/have been/had been scheduled - the simple past (passive voice)/present perfect (passive voice)/past perfect (passive voice);
had got up - the past perfect tense;
opened/realized - the simple past tense;
had taken - the past perfect tense.
