Tenses.

Hi,

Could you please correct these tenses?

*The verbs which are not in bold are originally given .

A copy of the rules govering such inquiries can be obtained (obtain) from the Majesty's Stationery Office. The rules entitle people who are directly affected ( affect, directly) by the proposals to take part. A public announcement was placed (place) in local newspapers not later 14 days before the inquiry. People who are objected (object) to the road proposals were notified (notify) individually, at least six weeks before the date of the inquiry. They either send (either, send) the department's statement of Reasons, or tell (tell) where such a statement can be inspected (inspect). The proceedings keep (keep) as informal as possible, but the inspector must keep order. Each person is allowed (allow) to put his case in his own way. After all the interested parties is heard (hear), the Department's representatives makes his closing remarks.
