Tenses

What is the difference between present perfect continuous tense and past perfect continuous tense?
For example " I have been working in this company for the past 5 years", I had been working in this company company for the last five years" Are these sentences correct, do they convey the same meaning? Can we use since and for in the past continuous tense?
