If he/she wanted to know the form of those tenses that you've mentioned,probably he/she won't ask that with those specific verbs. He/she will ask only the form,cause the form is the same with all verbs,regular and irregular.

l don't want to say that you two are incorrect , cause you're absolutely right . The problem is with question. There should be 'perfect TENSES' (in plural,cause we know that there are more perfect tenses) , but he/she said just 'perfect tense' . so l concluded that he/she wanted past participles of those verbs .
