Tense with 'this morning'

Hello, teachers!
Which tense is correct or common?

1-1. I had my hair cut [this morning, today].
1-2. I have had my hair cut [this morning, today].
2-1. I've already read two books [this morning, today].
2-2. I already read two books [this morning, today].
