Tense sequence correct?

Does this mean I haven't read what he's written yet?
Is the tense sequence correct?

1 No matter what he's written, I'm not going to answer him.

Is "tense sequence" correctly used? I want to know if the tenses go together. Is tense sequence the word to use?

Thank you
