Tense quetion :)

I found that the vacuum cleaner didn't work, so I said to my mum,"______".

A: the vacuum cleaner is broken.
B: the vacuum cleaner was broken.
C: the vacuum cleaner doesn't work.
D: the vacuum cleaner didn't work.
E: the vacuum cleaner hasn't work.
F: the vacuum cleaner got broken.

Which ones are ok in terms of tense? Thanks for your help?
