Tense question

Hi everyone,

I would kindly like to ask you a question regarding the use of tenses. Consider the following sentence:

"Now you don't watch your screen as often as I'm glancing back at mine."

Would this work grammatically, or would it have to be "Now you're not watching...", or "...as often as I glance"?

Many thanks.
