Tense Question

A little confused on this one … "I think it's amazing WBC's/WBC made a page for blogging."

WBC's or just WBC?

Background: They made this page a few months ago. It HAS been made, but I still am unsure which is correct.

Does the fact that I use "it's" necessitate I continue in I think the same vein and use "WBC's?"

Thank you in advance for the help.

OK, I just want to make sure we're on the same page. I wasn't asking between "WBC's made and WBC has made." I know those are interchangeable. I was asking between "WBC's made" and "WBC made." Does it still not matter? I might not have been clear before. I apologize.
