Tense Problem!!

1. If someone shows me a video
and what should he ask?
You got a choice here :
a) Did you like the video?
b) Do you like the video?

And Why? Please explain for me .

2. Then what should I reply ?
You got a choice here:
a) I like it
b) I liked it
And why? Please explain for me.
