Tense Problem

Seems funny but do not understand how to conjugate the verbs in this sentence.

I would be grateful if you help me do that. This is the sentence-

E.g. She told me she (work) in England and now she (to be going) to work in France.

Thanks bseforehand

Here are the possibilities. I underlined my preference. She told me she [worked / was working / had been working ] in England and now she [is going / was going ] to work in France.

She told me she (work) in England and now she (to be going) to work in France.

I take this as a report of "I've been working in England and now I'm going to work in France". That can be done in two ways:

She told me she's been working in England and now she's going to work in France.

She told me she had been working in England and now she was going to work in Fra
