Why don't you try first? Should the verb agree in number with one (singular) or windows (plural)?

I don't think anyone would use has been in this situation because all the other tenses are simple present (the simple present is the most natural tense when speaking of universal truths or situations that are always (not) true)

That said, we can sometimes use a present perfect instead of a simple present.

E.g.

I'll let you when you have arrived.
