Tense and word problem in these 5 sentences?

Could you please help correct these sentences grammatically?

1 How long ago did you call and when does you lunch break end/finish?
2 He bet 100 dollars with what he thought was/thought to be the winning hand.
3 I was/got stopped by the police (while) in the process of shoplifting.
4 Only recently did they add 2 stops to the metro line. They added them when I was about to move there/around the time I was about to move there/was going to move there.
5 I was so focused on/concentrated on this that I missed....
