Tense and Time References

Hi,
I have just finished my assignment concerning sentences tenses and time references. It was a little difficult, but I managed. It would be great, if someone could tell me if I am on the right track.
Feedback would be greatly appreciated Emotion: smile
Thank you for your help.

My answers have been written in 'Italics.'
