Coming Wednesday is a holiday for me. Is my below sentence wrong? If so why?

"I was thinking, will go for movie this Wednesday as it was a holiday, but not sure if the movie will still be there in theater."

I dont want another sentence for the above, but want to know if the above sentence is correct or wrong?. If wrong where and why?

please reply.

Many thanks

I was thinking that I would go to a movie this Wednesday as it is a holiday, but I'm not sure whether the movie will still be playing then.
