Could you tell me whether its grammar is right?

No, it’s not correct. I would suggest The culprit was arrested by the policeman/police officer, who had concealed his identity.

The question is whether the policeman hid himself or hid his identity. Intentionally or not, the original post used "himself".

Considering the whole writing (though I didn't post it), the policeman was hiding himself under or behind something before he arrested the culprit.
So, here, I have to use "concealed" or "had concealed" instead of "conceal," right?
