Tense

Let's say I am starting to do some manual work by hand, without tools. The work could be finished within two hours with tools, but takes six hours without tools. It is currently 1 pm:

"If I had some tools, I ((would have finished, will have finished, would finish)) at 5 pm."

What tense should be used?
