Thanks for response.I raised this question. This type of situations are commonly mentioned in interim statments published by listed companies which reports facts in the past 6 months. Actually, the action is still going on (i.e the action of complying of the code), but it seems to me since the timeframe refers to the 6 months ended 30 June, 2011 and the date of report is later than 30th June, it
