Tense

I am presently writing a bio-sketch. I am writing about an imaginary person and that person is still alive.

Should I write " He was smart, lean tall etc. " or " He is smart, lean, tall etc. "?

Thank You,

The words you have used are pretty irrelavent for an average bio-sketch. However, "His noticable qualities include being tall, lean and smart" could be a correct abbrevation. Regards, Gaurav S.
