Tense

" I want to come home tomorrow and learn that you have passed the exam."

This can mean that I am out of town and the exam results have already been declared and I want to come home tomorrow and learn that you have passed the exam.

This can also mean that the exam results are going to be declared tomorrow and I want to come home tomorrow and learn that you have passed the exam.

How can we communicate both the ideas clearly ?
