"I haven't heard about a single German attending this course who hasn't had/didn't have....some experience in teaching."

I'm not sure what tense I should use after "who"

Hi, "I haven't heard about a single German attending this course who hasn't had/didn't have.. " I'm not sure what tense I should use after "who" I would use Pres. , because the whole focus of the thought seems to be on the present situation.

I would use Pres. Perf., because the whole focus of the thought seems to be on the present situation.
