Tennessee Tuxedo and his tales

Hey all,
I was watching some of the episodes of this memorable cartoon to improve my english, esp. Listening.
In the episode The Lamplighters tennessee begins his sentence like this(00:00:00 - 00:00:10):
This is rediculous that misserly little light bulb doesn't .......... us light for ....... / we got to do sth about that.
Then we hear Stanly arguing with flonkey(00:01:52 - 00:01:58):
Flonkey, How many time did I ............... without knocking?
After that stanly orders flonkey to call the fire department(00:02:30 - 00:02:34):
Don't Just stand ...........
In the scene that tennessee and chomly are soaked with water(00:03:00 - 00:03:02)
The lights in this zoo are .....

Would you please help me understand what is said in the blanks?

Ridiculous! This is ridiculous. This measly little lightbulb doesn't give enough light for (a mouse to read by?). We've got to do something about that.
