Tend to vs. Liable to vs. Incline to

What are differences between these three words

"Tend to"

"Incline to"

"Liable to" - Unlike those 2 verbs, this is adjective.

Actually, inclined to is more used than the verb incline for that meaning.* Most of the differences are matters of register. liable to is often a sign of danger because of unexpected behavior - at least the way I usually use it.
